What is C4?

The California Community College Collaborative at the University of California, Riverside (C4 at UCR) is a collaborative policy and research center established by the University of California's Office of the President and the Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges.


C4 collaborates in research and organizational development with researchers, policy centers, university and community college systems, and community college practitioners.
