Dr. John S. Levin is Director of C4, and the Bank of America Professor of Education Leadership at UCR. Dr. Levin has researched and worked with community colleges in the United States and Canada for over twenty years. In recent years his work has focused on the community college baccalaureate, community college faculty, and non-traditional students in higher education.

Dr. Elizabeth Cox received her Ph. D. and M. Ed. in Higher Education from Iowa State University. Dr. Cox has experience working in community colleges and universities in the Midwest and her research interests include non-traditional and underrepresented student retention in community colleges.
